Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kundinnen, sowie Partnerinnen in der Schweiz

Du bearbeitest Schadenunterlagen und fungierst als Schnittstelle zu unseren Versicherungspartnerinnen

Du prüfst und kontrollierst Kostenvoranschläge von Reparaturleistungen zu Unfallschäden

Du bearbeitest Pannenfälle im In- und Ausland in Kooperation mit unserem Assistance Partnerinnen und stellst die Mobilität unserer Kundinnen sicher

Du übernimmst die Rechnungskontrolle und Verbuchung

Du klärst offene Schadenzahlungen mit Versicherungen ab

Das bringt dich in die Poleposition.

Du bist Berufseinsteigerin oder hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung gesammelt

Du hast idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung - Kenntnisse in der KFZ/ Versicherungsbranche von Vorteil

Du hast sehr gute Deutsch-, sowie gute Englisch- und Französisch-Kenntnisse, in Wort und Schrift

Du verfügst über gute EDV-Kenntnisse (speziell MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook)

Du arbeitest strukturiert , lösungsorientiert & bist ein Teamplayer

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von € 2.450,- brutto pro Monat, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
