Role Summary and Impact

The Senior Associate, Activation Digital Planning is responsible for the daily end-to-end management of standard digital media plans, ensuring they meet specific client objectives within the allocated budget. Working with daily autonomy, this role oversees the implementation, buying, and ongoing optimization of digital campaigns. The Senior Associate analyzes performance data, recommends tactical adjustments to maximize results, and supports the onboarding of junior team members.

Skills and Experience

Deliver and execute effective digital media plans based on defined budgets and client objectives.

Manage the day-to-day implementation and optimization of digital campaign activities (planning & buying).

Deliver competitive reports and autonomously analyze campaign results to identify trends.

Analyze campaigns and recommend tactical changes to maximize campaign performance, escalating complex issues to the Manager.

Aware of the commercial offers and dynamics of online channels in the performance and branding market.

Proficient usage of different tools (mainly Adserver and Analytics) to evaluate the plan’s results.

Ability to manage different digital campaign typologies (awareness, performance, data-driven, and retargeting).

Collaborates with agency cross-functional teams and client's suppliers, including creative agencies.

University degree preferably in Economics, Advertising or Marketing and Communication.

3+ years’ experience in digital media planning.

Proactivity, strong problem-solving, and collaborating skills.

Fluent English.

Accuracy, precision, attention to details and ability to meet deadlines.

Proficient use of technology (including AI) to enhance client outcomes.
