Resumen del Rol

Ejecutar y dar seguimiento a los procesos de cuentas por pagar y actividades contables asociadas, garantizando el registro oportuno y preciso de las transacciones financieras, el cumplimiento de controles internos y la correcta gestión de las obligaciones con proveedores, compañías relacionadas y otras partes interesadas.

Responsabilidades Principales:

Gestionar el ciclo completo de cuentas por pagar, incluyendo la revisión, validación, registro y seguimiento de facturas y pagos

Coordinar y dar seguimiento a los pagos correspondientes, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos y las políticas internas.

Administrar y conciliar cuentas, preparando los reportes y soportes requeridos.

Brindar soporte a clientes internos y externos en consultas relacionadas con pagos, facturación y procesos del área.

Educación

Graduado de Contabilidad, administración de empresas o carreras afines.

Experiencia

1 año mínimo trabajando en cuentas por pagar, conciliaciones contables, o similares. Manejo de ERP financieros y herramientas de microsoft office (Excel intermedio) Experiencia dentro de un equipo de contabilidad Conocimiento de procesos de cuentas por pagar / cobrar Conocimientos de leyes de impuestos de países de Centro América Manejo de idioma inglés intermedio
