At this point, Zelh is looking for a Carrier Operations Coordinator for one of our clients. This role is a hybrid of Tracking Support and Booking Representative, working directly alongside a Senior Carrier Sales Representative. The primary objective is to provide operational support with day-to-day logistics tasks, enabling the Carrier Sales team to focus on carrier relationships, negotiations, and freight execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Add and maintain accurate driver information in the system.

Monitor and update shipment tracking throughout the transportation process.

Collect Proofs of Delivery (PODs) and ensure all required documentation is completed.

Assist with booking assigned freight and coordinating load details.

Communicate with carriers to provide updates and resolve operational issues.

Support Senior Carrier Sales Representatives with day-to-day operational tasks.

Maintain accurate shipment records and update the TMS as needed.

Help ensure smooth freight execution and on-time deliveries.

1+ year proven experience working in a Carrier Sales role or a logistics similar role.

Ability to effectively communicate with carriers, internal teams, and customers over the phone and via email.

Strong understanding of transportation regulations and logistics procedures

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Working conditions:

Working schedule: Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
