About the Role

We’re hiring a Administrative Manager who will make Solidgate’s work environments run like a product: fast, intentional, frictionless - and energizing for people to be in.

You’ll own operations across our hubs in Podil (Kyiv HQ), Lviv, Warsaw, and Nicosia - keeping them sharp, functional, lively, and built for high-performance teams. We’re more than 300 bright minds scaling globally - and the workplace experience is a core part of how we win.

You’ll run vendor management, office processes, smart supplies, travel & logistics, and coordinate events that actually connect people - not checkbox events. This role is for someone who cares about details, speed, cleanliness of execution, and culture signals - because the environment we create is part of our product.

Location: Kyiv

What you’ll be doing

Own the office vibe: breakfasts, lunches, snacks, plants, decor, you name it

Make sure everything runs like clockwork: deliveries, couriers, repairs, cleaning

Manage suppliers and hunt for better deals without compromising on quality

Keep track of office expenses, payments, and docs

Organize events that actually bring people together - from small team rituals to big off-sites

What we’re looking for

You’ve worked in admin, operations, or any fast-paced setting - or maybe you’re an active student who’s already led teams and pulled off great projects.

Detail-obsessed and super organized (yes, you notice when a chair isn’t where it should be)

Proactive and independent - you spot issues before they become problems

Empathetic and people-first - you understand what makes colleagues comfortable and productive

Flexible and adaptive - because things do change fast here

English: at least Intermediate
