Requisitos:

Licenciado en Contabilidad, Administración financiera y/o A fin.

Experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años en Contabilidad/Finanzas o puesto similar.

Conocimiento en Microsoft Office

Excel Avanzado

Responsabilidades:

Revisa todo el tiempo que la información requerida para la elaboración de la Nómina se apegue a las políticas de la empresa y su actualización en Kronos.

Separación de Cheques de Finiquitos

Atencion auditorias y requerimientos (Seguridad Social y de Estados Financieros)

Proporcionar la información necesaria para estudio actuarial.

Actualización de Reporte de Finiquitos Entregados

Bajas de Empleados en Sistemas ( IMSS )

Impresión y Archivo de Comprobantes del IMSS

Elaboración de liquidación de IMSS, SAR e INFONAVIT

Elaboración de Póliza de liquidación. de IMSS, SAR e INFONAVIT

Elaboración de Reportes de Nomina

Actualización Reportes de Fondo de Ahorro

Actualización Reportes de Caja de Ahorros

Captura de Incidencias de Nominas

Provision todas los pasivos referentes a empleados ( PTU,F.A., Aguinaldo, Prima Vacacional, Indeminizacion, Sindicato)

Administración de Tarjetas Pluxe ( Pedido, Entregas , ECT)

Procesos Especiales Impresión Constancias de Salarios

Impresión de Pagos de Nomina ( Portal HSBC )

Pago a Practicantes

Reportes de Cierre de Mes

Revision de Declaración Anual retencion ISR

Conciliacion de cuentas contables de balance relacionadas con empleados y subirlo a la plataforma onestream

Asegurar que cada cuenta de balance tiene relación y cuadra con su cuenta de resultados

Calculo de la productividad

Reporte de horas pagadas

Revision del HC con respecto a su CC.
