About the Role
Jetpack is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on production role for someone who has at least one year of machine operating experience and enjoys working with manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for setting up, operating, cleaning, and maintaining production equipment while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

What You'll Do
Set up, operate, and monitor capsule manufacturing equipment
Perform machine changeovers and adjust equipment for different production runs
Assist with new product setups and accurately document machine settings
Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble production equipment
Pull, verify, and document raw materials and lot numbers for production batches
Complete production paperwork accurately and on time
Perform routine equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting
Identify quality, food safety, or equipment concerns and report them promptly
Maintain a clean, organized, and GMP-compliant work area
Follow all FDA, GMP, safety, and company procedures
Support other production operations as needed
Required Qualifications
Minimum of one (1) year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment
High school diploma or GED preferred
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new equipment quickly
Experience performing machine setup and changeovers preferred
Comfortable using basic hand tools
Basic computer skills for production documentation
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds to shoulder height regularly
Ability to stand, bend, twist, and work in a fast-paced production environment throughout the shift
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following industries is a plus:
Nutraceutical manufacturing
Pharmaceutical manufacturing
Food manufacturing
Packaging
Plastics or injection molding
General manufacturing
Compensation
This Manufacturing role pays $18k-$20k/yr. Within typical range for manufacturing roles in United States.
