About the role
About AlphaHire Intelligence
AlphaHire is a Workforce Intelligence Platform serving the construction, infrastructure, energy, power, and mission-critical markets.
We help senior executives, private equity partners, operating partners, investors, developers, contractors, and project leaders answer a critical question before committing capital:
Can this project, investment, expansion, acquisition, or growth strategy actually be executed?
Our intelligence supports decisions connected to projects and investments frequently valued at more than $100 million.
AlphaHire evaluates the workforce and market conditions that can determine whether those decisions succeed, including:
Workforce availability and capacity
Compensation pressure
Hiring competition
Skilled-labor constraints
Project pipeline activity
Infrastructure and power constraints
Market saturation
Contractor capacity
Geographic expansion readiness
Leadership and workforce concentration risk
We provide workforce and market intelligence that helps executives reduce execution risk before making major capital, expansion, investment, and operating decisions.
This position is exclusively focused on developing commercial partnerships for AlphaHire Intelligence products and executive decision-support solutions. It does not involve selling recruiting or staffing services.
