People Architects is excited to recruit for an Temporary Project Manager for our client.

This role has the opportunity to go full time.

Project Manager in Manufacturing

Work with project and project delivery teams to meet project deadlines.

Responsible for customer communications at transfer from the Sales Team

Responsible for actively evaluating the project to anticipate, identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalates risks and issues when needed.

Understand and establish the clear scope of work for any project.

Cultivating trust and managing expectations with all project stakeholders (Sales, Engineering, Service, and Operations)

Identify needs for additional resources and adjustments needed to meet client expectations.

Focused on improving project timelines without sacrificing quality.

Involved in reviewing products, processes, and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made.

Provide input on developing standards and procedures related to project matters.

Manage the projects and deliverables; align the Team.

Present progress reports to upper management in regular production review meetings.

Research strategies to further improve the customer experience.

Implementing customer satisfaction strategies to improve quality of PTI’s solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

5+ Years Experience in Project Management/Manufacturing

Demonstrate leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Six-Sigma and PMP Training a Valuable Asset

Bachelor's or associate degree in a technical field

Proficiency using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Access)

Excellent communicator both verbally and written

Highly detail and schedule oriented

Excellent customer service & communication skills

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to meet project deadlines

Excellent problem-solving skills
