Responsibilities:

The Opportunity

This role will bring a knowledge of learning principles and understanding of the PepsiCo learning strategy to work with business stakeholders and learning COE for translating business requirements into intentional and effective learning experiences.The role will be responsible for understanding the LAAS model in Pepsico and manage the activation and delivery of timely and quality services to enable learning experiences.This role will manage complex learning projects involving multiple stakeholders and serve as the single threaded owner to manage stakeholder updates, communications and also manage internal stakeholders, SLAs and any escalations for learning projects

As Global Learning Functions Sr Coordinator MCC your responsibilities would consist of …

E2E Management of different types of Learning Projects for activation, delivery, sustainence and measurement

CLosely work with Learning Operations towers and capabilities to design and deliver scalable learning services for business transformation and learning initiatives

Responsible for planning, developing, and administering training programs and initiatives to support learning and capability development across PepsiCo in order to future-proof the organization's workforce and align skills needed to achieve business priorities.

Assesses training curricula, materials, tools, and programs for various functional areas, ensuring that materials are efficiently addressing and closing identified learning gaps.

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

+5 years of experience in Learning, Talent Development, Enablement, or Project Management.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously

Experience working with global and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including interactions with senior leaders.

Fluent English (written and verbal); able to effectively communicate, facilitate discussions, and present to global audiences.

Flexible to work across different time zones, supporting global stakeholders and functional teams.

Ability to work with remote managers and geographically dispersed teams, maintaining strong collaboration and accountability.

Experience translating business needs into practical learning or capability-building solutions.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex initiatives end-to-end.

Continuous improvement mindset, with interest in automation, digital tools, and process optimization.
