Some important details :

Warehouse Address: 25 Aero Drive NE, Calgary, AB, T2E 8Z9

Shift Time: Full time, Mon-Fri, 1pm to 9:30pm

Wage: $17.20 per hour minimum

Shift Premium: $0.60 per hour

Some of what you will do:

Receive, store, and move products around the warehouse using equipment. Perform work under the direction of warehouse supervisor or manager.

Specifically, you will:

Perform duties using equipment such as forklift and pallet jacks.

Ensure accuracy of orders received and examine any discrepancies.

Use hand-held scanners to enter product information while ensuring accuracy.

Contribute to the efficient operation of warehouse activities through teamwork with co-workers in warehouse, drivers and purchasing personnel.

Adhere to all safety procedures in the performance of job duties.

Some of what you need:

Minimum of three (3) months' related experience in a warehouse environment.

Experience with warehouse equipment such as forklift, cherry picker and pallet jack preferred.

Ability and interest to become certified in the operation of warehouse equipment will be considered.

Additional Requirements Information:

Work requires moderate physical effort and the use of motor skills requiring manual dexterity to perform the essential duties of this job:

The employee will regularly sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel and crouch. The employee may lift, lower, or carry products up to a maximum of 50 pounds by hand.

The employee will operate warehouse equipment. Using proper safety procedures will eliminate any potential hazards.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
