Adastra is seeking an AI Tech Lead to spearhead the development and delivery of innovative AI-powered solutions that drive measurable business value. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps, translate business needs into scalable technology solutions, and lead multidisciplinary teams in building market-ready AI products. RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define AI strategy, priorities, and solution roadmaps
Lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered solutions that address business needs and commercial objectives
Translate business requirements into scalable product features, technical capabilities, and solution architectures
Drive the development of AI Knowledge Agents for Insurance (Group Benefits), Human Resources, and other business domains
Lead integrations between AI solutions and enterprise platforms, including Genesys telephony systems
Develop and enhance AI-enabled RFP and proposal automation capabilities
Establish technical standards, delivery frameworks, and best practices for AI solution development
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams responsible for solution delivery and ongoing support
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and adoption-ready
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to drive innovation and business value
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience leading the delivery of AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation solutions
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to define technology roadmaps and strategic priorities
Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions and product capabilities
Demonstrated success delivering commercially viable, market-ready technology solutions
Hands-on experience with AI agents, knowledge management solutions, or intelligent automation platforms
Experience integrating enterprise systems and third-party applications
Proven leadership experience building and managing technical teams
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
NICE TO HAVE
Experience within the Insurance industry, particularly Group Benefits
Experience delivering Human Resources technology solutions
Experience integrating with Genesys or similar contact center platforms
Experience with AI-enabled RFP, proposal, or document automation solutions
Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, and enterprise AI architectures
Experience in consulting or professional services environments
