About the role

About this Role: Redwood Housing is seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Manager to oversee the administration, support, optimization, and ongoing development of our core business platforms, with primary responsibility for our RealPage environment and related enterprise applications.

This role combines technical expertise, business systems administration, project leadership, and operational support. The ideal candidate understands how property management, accounting, asset management, and reporting processes interact with enterprise technology and can effectively support business teams through system improvements, implementations, and day-to-day operational needs.

Reporting to the Director of Technology Services, this individual will lead enterprise application initiatives, manage platform enhancements, oversee system configurations and integrations, and serve as the highest level of internal support for enterprise systems. The role will partner with business stakeholders to improve processes, enhance reporting capabilities, maintain data integrity, and ensure enterprise platforms effectively support organizational goals.

Enterprise Systems Management

Serve as the primary administrator and internal owner of RealPage and related modules.

Manage system configurations, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and ongoing platform maintenance.

Execute enterprise application initiatives and enhancement projects in alignment with departmental and organizational priorities.

Evaluate system performance, workflows, and reporting capabilities and recommend improvements.

Develop and maintain application documentation, standards, and administrative procedures

Oversee integrations between RealPage and other business applications.

Ensure appropriate access controls, system security, and data governance standards are maintained.

Business Partnership & Solutions Delivery

Partner with Property Management, Accounting, Asset Management, and other business teams to understand operational requirements.

Translate business needs into practical system configurations, reporting solutions, and process improvements.

Assist departments in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through better utilization of enterprise systems.

Provide guidance on system capabilities, limitations, and best practices.

Property Onboarding & Implementation

Lead system setup, configuration, and implementation activities for property acquisitions, transitions, and takeovers.

Coordinate data conversion, validation, testing, training, and go-live activities.

Develop and maintain implementation procedures and deployment standards.

Manage vendor relationships and coordinate external resources when specialized expertise is required.

Support & Operational Excellence

Act as Tier 3 escalation support for enterprise application issues.

Troubleshoot complex system, integration, workflow, and reporting problems.

Monitor application performance and identify opportunities to improve stability and user experience.

Reporting, Data & Analytics

Work with business leaders to identify reporting and data requirements.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of operational and financial data within enterprise platforms.

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools.

Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.

Support business intelligence and reporting initiatives tied to enterprise systems.

Required

5+ years of direct RealPage administration with HUD / LIHTC / affordable housing experience.

Strong understanding of enterprise system architecture, integrations, workflows, and reporting.

Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Proven experience managing enterprise applications and leading system implementation projects.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Demonstrated self-starter with strong ownership mentality.

Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills.

Compensation

This Other role pays $155k-$170k/yr. Within typical range for other roles in United States.
