Student Assistant Communication support

Are you a team player with a passion for communication, employer engagement and social media ? Our Communication's team in Denmark is looking for a student assistant who is passionate about writing and creating visuals for our internal channels to keep our 1900+ colleagues informed and engaged – with a People First mindset. You’ll also help shape social media content to elevate our company brand and dive into complex, technical topics to support teams across our Hillerød site.

Our team

You will join a small but dynamic communications team supporting our Danish manufacturing site in Hillerød , and you will collaborate with global colleagues on various projects .

What you will do

You will craft and publish content for internal channels , by translat ing technical topics into accessible stories, and keep our screens on site updated . A basic understanding of canva is usefull.

You will be supporting teams with internal communication and e-mails to support leadership communication, using platforms such as Contact Monkey .

Support ing with administrative tasks .

Event planning. C oordination with external and internal stakeholders and assistance with various events on site .

Monitor life science and Danish media; track mentions and compile short coverage and performance summaries.

Maintain CMS updates and coordinate approvals .

Support media relations: maintain our media list and prepare briefing notes, Q&As, and talking points for interviews .

We are looking for someone who

Is studying Communication, Digital Media, Journalism, Marketing, and /or similar at a Danish educational institution

Writes clearly in English, adapts tone to channel and audience, and has strong attention to detail.

Enjoys a mix of content creation, analytics, stakeholder coordination, and teamwork.

Is curious about both employer engagement and communication to external audiences - what they care about and how to measure impact.

Asset to have when you get started

An interest for the broader life science/biotech/pharma ecosystem.

Basic CMS knowledge; comfort with Canva and short-form video editing.

Ability to interpret complex analytics and suggest practical improvements.

Practicalities

Hours: approximately 15hours per week (flexible around exams)

Location: Hillerød, with flexibility to work from your home, when the occasion allows it.

Start date: S eptember , 2026
