Job Summary:
The Region Operations Manager is primarily responsible for all properties functions of the airport advertising program inventory on-site within their defined region, including the leadership and management of the in-field operations staff (employees and contractors) to achieve high levels of operational excellence to maximize sales and exceed airport service expectations. Region Operations Managers work directly with our Operations Managers, Market Managers, Account Executives, and advertising clients for sales while also working with Airport Management staff to implement and maintain our unique sales opportunities and inventory. They play a key role in the success of the business in planning and execution of airport operations, continued revenue generation and the condition, functionality, safety, and cleanliness of our airport assets.
Manages all advertising program operations across the assigned portfolio, serving as the primary operational liaison for airport contracts, stakeholder relationships, and overall program performance.
Leads Operations Managers, in-field personnel, and subcontractors, including hiring, training, coaching, performance management, workload planning, safety oversight, and employee compliance requirements.
Builds and sustains strong partnerships with airport management, facilities teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, issue resolution, and successful program execution.
Ensures all digital and printed advertising assets are maintained to company standards, maximizing asset uptime, display quality, campaign execution, and contractual compliance.
Manages regional operating and capital budgets, forecasting, purchase orders, invoicing, expense controls, and project expenditures to support revenue growth and operational objectives.
Evaluates portfolio performance, identifies operational trends and risks, implements corrective actions, and develops long-term strategies to improve efficiency, asset reliability, and service delivery.
Partners with sales, market leadership, contractors, and airport stakeholders to support new inventory deployments, navigate construction impacts, campaign activations, and revenue-generating projects.
Job Qualifications
Education and Certifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
Work Experience
5+ years of related work experience, preferably in the field of Project Management and/or facilities maintenance

Required to lift, pull, push and position ladders, material and equipment, occasionally more than 50 pounds.
Required to climb ladders and/or stairs and walk long distances within the airport daily.
This job is generally performed in a temperature-controlled airport environment.
May be occasionally exposed to dust and fumes.
Duties are occasionally performed in the evening or late-night hours.
Other Requirements
10-year FBI Background check required for airport security badging process
Has a valid driver’s license.
Access to a reliable vehicle.
Able to travel outside of the office 30% of the time for team or client meetings, corporate meetings, and industry events.
