Responsibilities:

MV Transportation is seeking a Business Analyst to support the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday platform. This role partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to ensure accurate data, effective system functionality, and a positive end-user experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide first-line user support for Workday-related questions and issues

Assist with data entry, validation, and audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Support Workday system configuration changes under supervision

Participate in testing (UAT) for system updates, enhancements, or integrations

Troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate more complex problems

Maintain documentation, job aids, and process guides

Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance to resolve operational or system issues

Assist with training end users and creating support materials

Support system monitoring activities (e.g., integrations, time tracking, payroll inputs)

Experience

Must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience with Workday

Must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience with project management
