Job Responsibilities:

Objetivo de la posición: Desarrollar, implementar y optimizar procesos de manufactura para la producción de componentes maquinados, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de seguridad, calidad, productividad y costo mediante la mejora continua.

Conocimiento:

Interpretación de dibujos de ingeniería.

GD&T.

Elaboración y actualización de AMEF de Proceso.

Manejo de herramientas de solución de problemas.

Conocimiento de los procesos de manufactura de engranes.

Interpretación de planos y especificaciones de engranes.

Interpretación y análisis de reportes de medición de engranes.

Conocimiento de normas de inspección y calidad para engranes.

Capacidad para correlacionar resultados de medición con ajustes de proceso en operaciones de generado de engrane y rectificado de engranes.

Conocimiento de tolerancias y clases de calidad de engranes

Requisitos:

2 años en planta

5 años de experiencia en procesos similares.

Ingles intermedio-avanzado

Kardex sin incidencias

Escolaridad:

Ingeniería Industrial, mecánico, mecatrónico y/o afín

Experiencia:

Procesos de generación de engranes

Hobbing.

Power Skiving.

Brochado

Procesos de torneado CNC

Rectificado de diámetros

Rectificado de engranes
