This opportunity for Scientific Content Creator is based in Brazil.

Responsibilities:

Write, edit, and/or proofread email campaigns, newsletters, website

content, and landing pages, ensuring scientific accuracy and alignment

with the company’s tone, voice, and branding.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Application Development (APPDEV), and

Field Application Scientists (FAS) to develop scientific marketing materials, including

application notes, technical notes, and other product-related documentation.

Support the design, layout, and formatting of both marketing and technical materials

using Adobe Creative Cloud tools (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce marketing and technical assets

(e.g., quick-start guides, protocols, user manuals) to support new product launches.

Review customer-facing presentations, scientific posters, and external

communications to ensure brand consistency, language accuracy, and clarity.

Ensure consistency in tone, style, and scientific accuracy across various marketing

materials (e.g., brochures, flyers), according to the company’s communication goals.

Contribute to the development of SOPs, templates, and style guides to standardize the

creation and review of marketing and technical materials.

Manage multiple content projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

At least 1-3 years of MarCom or scientific writing experience, preferably in a life science

company

Background in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, biophysics, or any other related field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.

Excellent skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Exhibit creativity, enjoy marketing-oriented writing and design, yet have an eye for detail

and be goal-oriented with a focus on efficiency to meet tight deadlines

Enjoy working in an interdisciplinary atmosphere with scientific curiosity
