Retail Sales Associate

Overview

Join our dynamic retail team as a Retail Sales Associate and help create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for every customer. In this role, you will assist customers, recommend products based on their needs, support sales, and help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store. We are looking for someone who is friendly, responsible, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties

Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide helpful product recommendations.

Take initiative with sales by introducing suitable products, promotions, and new arrivals.

Build product knowledge and stay familiar with common customer questions and concerns.

Maintain clean, organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing product displays.

Operate the POS system accurately and follow all cash-handling and payment procedures.

Provide friendly and professional customer service in person and through online channels.

Support social media activities by helping create content and promote products, new arrivals, and store events.

Assist with daily store operations and complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.

Clearly communicate questions, unfinished tasks, and progress updates with the team.

Requirements

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.

Friendly, responsible, proactive, and comfortable assisting a diverse range of customers.

Interest in beauty, lifestyle products, retail trends, or social media is preferred.

Willingness to learn product knowledge and provide suitable recommendations.

Familiarity with POS systems and cash-handling procedures is a plus.

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment and collaborate with the team.
