QSR - ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER | AGM | SAN JOSE AIRPORT

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist in overseeing all aspects of the QSR operations, including front-of-house/back-of-house management and customer service. - Manage and train staff members to ensure high-quality food preparation and service. - Develop and implement strategies to improve overall restaurant performance and profitability. - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. - Handle cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records. - Maintain a positive experience for team members and customers by addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

EXPERIENCE: - Previous experience in QSR management or a similar role is required. - Strong knowledge of food service management, including kitchen operations, food preparation, and customer service. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks. - Proven track record of driving sales and achieving financial targets. - Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial reporting. - Driver's License with a clear history for the past 5 years

SUMMARY The HIGH VOLUME - QSR Assistant General Manager position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in food service management, POS systems, and team leadership.
