Job Description
Support the Non-Qualified Brokerage tax reporting team
Key Responsibilities
Support team and enterprise projects that impact Information Reporting and Withholding for reportable brokerage accounts as well as regulatory changes.
Perform withholding reconciliation for all brokerage accounts, including retirement, domestic, and foreign clients, at the federal and state levels.
Perform critical and complex year-end tasks, including validation and reconciliation activities, to ensure complete and accurate tax reporting.
Required Qualifications
Education: Associate degree or equivalent.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a Cost Basis/Tax Reporting role.
Post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet the combined total years of minimum required qualifications for education and experience.
Prior experience working on a customer service team, including a strong working knowledge of customer service processes, policies, techniques, and applicable regulations.
Prior experience coaching or providing indirect leadership to others.
Strong organizational and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex issues in a clear and understandable manner.
Strong knowledge of business operations and processes in more than two areas.
Good analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work under tight timeframes and deadlines, while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills with experience in reconciliation and validation tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting team and enterprise-level project implementation.
Product-specific or financial services industry experience.

Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $66,700-$91,700/year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
