Quality Officer - Offshore W/M/X

We are looking for a Quality Officer Offshore to support a large-scale offshore engineering project, ensuring the highest quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced quality professional who thrives in complex engineering environments and enjoys working with multidisciplinary international teams.

Your Responsibilities

Lead and monitor all Quality Assurance activities within a major offshore infrastructure project.

Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of the project's Quality Management System.

Act as the main point of contact for quality-related matters with internal stakeholders and external contractors.

Review, assess and challenge quality documentation provided by contractors and subcontractors.

Participate in and support internal and external quality audits.

Monitor quality performance indicators, non-conformities and corrective actions.

Identify quality risks and ensure appropriate mitigation measures are implemented.

Promote a strong quality culture across multidisciplinary project teams.

Collaborate closely with engineering, construction and project management teams to guarantee compliance with quality standards and project requirements.

Your Profile

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.

Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including solid experience in Quality Assurance within engineering or industrial projects.

Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Quality Standards and Quality Control processes.

Experience in large-scale infrastructure, civil engineering, offshore, maritime or EPCI projects is considered a strong asset.

Excellent organizational, analytical and documentation management skills.

Comfortable reviewing technical documentation and interacting with contractors.

Structured, proactive and detail-oriented mindset.

Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

Fluent in English.

Dutch is considered as an asset.

Willing to travel occasionally within Belgium and offshore when required.
