Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Admission Counsellor to join our school. The ideal candidate will guide prospective parents and students through the admission process, provide accurate information about the school's programs, and help achieve admission targets while delivering an excellent experience.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective parents and students regarding the school's academic programs, facilities, and admission process.

Handle admission inquiries through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.

Conduct school tours and presentations for prospective families.

Follow up with inquiries to convert leads into admissions.

Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions.

Assist parents in completing admission forms and submitting required documents.

Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Organize and participate in admission events, school fairs, and promotional activities.

Prepare admission reports and maintain student databases.

Build positive relationships with parents and address their queries promptly.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).

3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, customer service, or the education sector.

Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities.

Good presentation and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/student management software is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
