Production Engineer - Packaging Industry

Job Title: Production / Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior engineers in production, assembly, and daily manufacturing activities.

Troubleshoot production and machine-related issues.

Install, commission, and support machines at customer sites.

Conduct machine trials and performance verification.

Perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT).

Prepare and maintain FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, DQ, and PQ documentation.

Explain validation documents and machine operations to customers.

Submit daily service reports and work reports.

Handle production, assembly, and machine inspection activities.

Collect reference videos and technical information of similar machinery from clients when required.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Resolve critical technical issues efficiently and provide timely support.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in machinery manufacturing or service.

Knowledge of IQ, OQ, DQ, PQ, FAT, and SAT documentation.

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Willingness to travel for installation and service activities.

Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions professionally.
