Purchase Coordinator

ROLE PURPOSE: Ensure every active purchase order moves from confirmation to factory-ready without delays by tracking, following up, and escalating every supplier commitment across two streams: finished goods factories and packing material suppliers (laminates and cartons).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Stream A - Finished Goods Factories Follow up with factories at structured checkpoints across the 30-day production cycle Track production status on every active order Flag any delay to Purchase Executive same day - never wait

Stream B - Packing Material Follow up with laminate and carton suppliers for delivery to factory Ensure packing material reaches factory on time so production starts without delay Escalate delivery delays immediately

Daily Tasks

Make 20-30 follow-up calls daily in Hindi and English Update commitment tracker every morning Log every conversation - date, time, commitment given Track sample dispatches and confirm receipt Send daily status summary to Purchase Executive by 6:30 PM

This Role Does NOT Include Rate negotiation or pricing decisions Buyer or customer communication Shipping or export documentation

Education and Experience Graduation in any stream -

B.Com, BMS, BA or equivalent 0-2 years experience |

Freshers welcome Prior vendor coordination or follow-up role is a plus

Technical Skills Basic Excel or Google Sheets WhatsApp and basic email communication

Language Hindi - fluent, spoken and written (supplier calls are in Hindi and English both) English - working proficiency required for communication and reporting

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
