MEP Engineer – Interior Fit-Out Projects
About the role
Vadan Interiors Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to manage and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for commercial interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely execution, quality compliance, and seamless coordination with all project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Review MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Coordinate MEP works with architectural, civil, and interior teams.
Supervise site execution, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project schedules.
Manage MEP subcontractors, vendors, and material approvals.
Resolve site coordination issues and provide technical support.
Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
Prepare progress reports, as-built drawings, and project close-out documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in MEP execution, preferably in commercial interior fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Revit/BIM is an advantage).
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
