Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Retail Sales Executive to join our retail team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to provide an outstanding shopping experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and assist them in selecting suitable products.

Understand customer needs and recommend products accordingly.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and organized.

Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.

Assist in stock management, replenishment, and inventory checks.

Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Follow company policies and maintain grooming and professional standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: PUC / 12th Pass / Any Graduate.

0–3 years of experience in retail sales (Freshers are encouraged to apply).

Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage.

Strong customer service and sales skills.

Basic computer and billing/POS knowledge is preferred.

Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
