IT Tech Analyst

You will contribute to the design, integration, development, testing, deployment, and support of IT services and processes across a limited number of functional areas and locations.

Role Overview

As an IT Tech Analyst, you will help deliver and support standardized and a few complex IT services and processes. You will work closely with the IT Technical team to resolve issues, support users through first-level assistance, and help ensure services remain reliable, well-documented, and aligned to business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing, integrating, developing, testing, and deploying IT services, solutions, and processes.

Provide first-level support for IT services, including issue intake, triage, and escalation when needed.

Work with the IT Technical team to investigate, resolve, and track service issues through to closure.

Support multiple standardized IT services or a few more complex services across a limited number of functional areas and locations.

Help maintain service documentation, support materials, and process updates.

Participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities to help ensure service quality and stability.

Contribute to process improvements that strengthen service delivery and user experience.

How You Will Do It

Qualifications

University degree with 1 year of relevant experience, or a 2-year degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience supporting, testing, deploying, or troubleshooting IT services, solutions, or processes.

Ability to provide first-level support, assess issues, and work effectively with technical teams on resolution.

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and follow-through.

Clear communication skills and the ability to work across functional areas and locations.

Ability to document work accurately and contribute to reliable service operations.
