Tele Caller Executive

Job Title: Telecaller – Unique Global Education

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our admissions team at Global Academy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining our courses and services, generating leads, and assisting candidates through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads.

Answer inbound inquiries regarding courses, admissions, fees, and schedules.

Explain the academy's programs and benefits in a clear and professional manner.

Follow up with interested candidates to encourage enrollment.

Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and admissions in the CRM/database.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.

Resolve basic queries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students.

Requirements:

High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).

0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or admissions counseling.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Fluency in English and regional languages is an advantage.

6 days a week (as per academy schedule)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
