About the role
Requirements and skills:
Any Graduate/Post Graduate - Electronics/ENTC.
Min. 5 to 10 years of experience in Quality field.
Well verse with quality tools and methodologies such as RCA (Root Cause Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
Experience with quality management standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Ensure that quality policies, procedures, and documentation are effectively communicated and followed throughout.
Evaluate supplier quality performance and ensure that purchased materials and components meet Minilec's quality standards.
Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address root causes and prevent recurrence.
