Key Skills:

· Hands-on experience in Paint Shop, Maintenance or Conveyor Automation

· Strong knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC (RSLogix 5000, Studio 5000, MicroLogix)

· PLC Troubleshooting & Basic Programming

· Experience with Ethernet, ControlNet & DeviceNet

· Knowledge of SCADA (FactoryTalk View)

· Experience with PowerFlex VFDs, Soft Starters & SMCs

· Ability to read, write and troubleshoot PLC programs

· Knowledge of EPLAN Electrical Drawings

· WCM

· RCM / PDM / HBM

· Root Cause Analysis (8D, Why-Why, 7QC)
