Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to oversee the kitchen operations at Joysuites Hospitality in Pune. The ideal candidate should excel in Indian, Indo-Chinese, Continental, and Multi-cuisine dishes, ensuring high-quality food preparation and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Menu Development: Create and update diverse, seasonal menus featuring Indian and multi-cuisine dishes.

2. Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and hygiene.

3. Team Leadership: Train and lead kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment.

4. Food Safety: Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

5. Cost Management: Control food costs, manage inventory, and maintain supplier relationships.

6. Quality Control:Ensure excellent food presentation and taste consistency.

7. Customer Focus: Adapt offerings based on customer feedback and special events.

8. Equipment Maintenance:Ensure all kitchen equipment is functional and maintained.

9. Should be very focused on hygiene aspects and should have an overall approach of being Customer Conscious/taste.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or incharge of food & beverages similar role.

- Expertise in Indian, Indo-Chinese, and Continental cuisines.

- Bachelor’s degree in food and catering technology.

- Strong leadership, creativity, and communication skills.

- Knowledge of food safety and cost control.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
