SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - SAP PROJECTS & FARMING

Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - SAP PROJECTS & FARMING to join our team

Main activities and responsibilities:

IT Project Management:

Monitor the health of the portfolio in terms of financial aspects and efficiency of qualitative results;

Monitor and track project progress with project leaders, observing budget execution, scope, schedule, team capacity, project risks and implementing corrective actions when necessary;

Ensure delivery in accordance with project planning;

Organize and facilitate remote project monitoring meetings with multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative environment.

Establish an efficient project communication mechanism with all stakeholders, including executive leadership, stakeholders and teams;

Resolve conflicts and manage crisis situations proactively and assertively;

Experience working with the client's team and other suppliers.

Required Qualifications:

Senior Project Manager, responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of projects effectively and efficiently.

Mentality focused on results, performance and value delivery.

Experience in agile and waterfall project management methodologies such as PMBOK, SCRUM, COBIT, PMP, LPM (Lean).

Skills in conflict resolution and crisis management;
