Job Description – HR Manager

Company: Vedanta Group (Healthcare Division) Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh Position: HR Manager CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA Experience: Minimum 5 years (Healthcare/Hospital industry mandatory)

About the Role

Vedanta Group is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations for its healthcare business. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hospital or healthcare HR, with expertise in talent acquisition, HR digitization initiatives, and MIS reporting. The role requires someone who can drive people processes, improve HR efficiency through digital transformation, and support business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment

Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical, nursing, allied healthcare, and non-clinical positions.

Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract quality healthcare professionals.

Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.

Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality hiring standards.

HR Digitization

Lead HR digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Drive implementation and optimization of HRMS, ATS, attendance, payroll, and employee self-service platforms.

Automate HR processes to improve operational efficiency.

Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and process standardization.

Recommend technology-driven improvements for HR operations.

MIS & HR Analytics

Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR MIS reports.

Monitor recruitment dashboards, attrition, manpower planning, employee productivity, and HR KPIs.

Analyze workforce trends and provide actionable insights to management.

Maintain HR data integrity and generate reports for business decision-making.

HR Operations

Ensure smooth onboarding, employee documentation, and HR compliance.

Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Coordinate performance management and training activities.

Maintain employee records in accordance with statutory and organizational requirements.

Ensure adherence to labor laws and healthcare compliance standards.

Stakeholder Management

Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

Support leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for HR initiatives.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Healthcare/Hospital recruitment.

Experience in HR Digitization and HRMS implementation.

Excellent knowledge of HR MIS, dashboards, and analytics.

Strong understanding of HR operations and statutory compliance.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and reporting tools.

Eligibility Criteria

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of HR experience.

Mandatory experience in Healthcare or Hospital industry.

Proven experience in Recruitment, HR Digitization, and MIS reporting.

Experience handling multi-department hiring and HR operations will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Hands-on experience with HRMS/ERP platforms.

Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Data-driven approach to HR decision-making.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits

CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA (based on experience and competency)
