Job Title: Chartered Accountant (Fresher)

Job Summary

We are looking for a freshly qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, taxation, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, possess good analytical skills, and have excellent written and verbal communication.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and finalize Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements.

Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.

Prepare MIS reports for management.

Support GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance activities.

Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.

Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors whenever required.

Required Skills

Freshly Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement preparation.

Ability to prepare and understand Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Financial Reports.

Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime or any ERP software.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel.

* Basic understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act.
