ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
Maintain AR aging reports and ensure timely collections.
Process customer receipts and allocate payments accurately.
Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to resolve billing issues.
Prepare MIS reports related to collections and outstanding balances.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS,IT and company accounting policies.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Support internal and external audits.
Minimum requirements:
a. Good in Microsoft Excel and ERP
b. Good communication skills
c. Experience in handling the accounts of Private Limited Company
d. Hands on experience in TDS, GST, Income Tax, etc
e. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines f. Qualification: B.com, M.com, CA/CMA Inter
