Senior Accountant

Position: Senior Accountant Location: Shahpur Jat, New Delhi Experience: 5–10 Years Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month Industry: Open (Manufacturing/Trading/Retail preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and banking activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, reconciliations, and finalization of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and Balance Sheet.

Handle complete bookkeeping and maintain accurate accounting records.

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Prepare and file GST returns and ensure GST compliance.

Handle TDS deductions, returns, and statutory compliances.

Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and customer reconciliations.

Coordinate with banks for transactions, cheque processing, fund transfers, and other banking activities.

Maintain cash flow records and monitor daily financial transactions.

Assist during statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Generate MIS reports and financial reports for management.

Maintain records of invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and supporting documents.

CA Inter (Preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Candidate Profile

5–10 years of accounting experience.

Excellent understanding of GST, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
