Financial Analyst – AI & Automation

Role Summary

We are looking for a Financial Analyst with good knowledge of investment products, mutual funds, and capital markets who is passionate about leveraging AI and automation to improve business processes. The ideal candidate will help transform manual, Excel-based workflows into efficient, automated solutions while supporting data analysis and reporting for the financial services business.

Key Responsibilities

· Analyze and manage data related to mutual funds, investment products, and capital markets.

· Automate recurring Excel-based reports and operational processes using AI and automation tools.

· Design and implement efficient workflows using tools such as Power Query, Power Automate, Python, or similar technologies.

· Develop dashboards, MIS reports, and data visualizations for business insights.

· Identify opportunities to improve productivity through automation and process optimization.

· Collaborate with business/Sales teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

· Ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance with internal standards.

Required Skills

· Strong understanding of mutual funds, investment products, and capital markets.

· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis.

· Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar.

· Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier, Make, etc.).

· Working knowledge of Python (Pandas/OpenPyXL) and SQL is preferred.

· Experience with Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage.

Qualifications

· MBA / Master’s in either Finance, Commerce, Business Analytics or a related field.

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial services, wealth management, asset management, or fintech.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
