Position: E-commerce Executive Industry: Fashion / Apparel / Designer Wear Location: Shahpur Jat, New Delhi Experience: 3–8 Years (Minimum 3 Years in Fashion/Apparel E-commerce) Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month Joining: Immediate / Early Joiners Preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize online sales operations for a women's fashion/apparel brand. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing online marketplaces, website operations, product listings, inventory management, order processing, and customer support. Prior experience in the fashion or apparel industry is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the brand's e-commerce website and online marketplaces.

Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.

Manage product catalog, inventory, stock updates, and pricing across all online platforms.

Process customer orders, returns, cancellations, and refunds efficiently.

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and courier partners for timely order fulfillment.

Monitor marketplace performance, sales reports, and customer feedback.

Handle customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone.

Coordinate with the digital marketing team for promotions, offers, and campaigns.

Ensure website content, banners, and collections are updated regularly.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory MIS reports.

Resolve marketplace issues, listing errors, and account-related queries.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa Fashion, Tata CLiQ, and Shopify (preferred).

Product listing and catalog management.

Order processing and inventory management.

Marketplace operations and seller panel management.

Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas).

Customer service and order management.

Basic understanding of SEO for product listings.

Strong coordination and communication skills.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

Certification in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Retail Management will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

3–8 years of experience in Fashion/Apparel E-commerce Operations.

Experience working with fashion brands, designer labels, apparel retailers, or D2C brands.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple marketplaces simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
