We are looking for an experienced Case Manager / Visa Filing Executive who possesses in-depth knowledge of immigration documentation, application processing, and visa filing procedures.

Position: Case Manager – Visa Filing

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing complete immigration and visa filing cases from documentation to submission while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

Experience Required

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in immigration case management and visa filing.

Prior experience in an immigration consultancy is mandatory.

Candidates without immigration filing experience will not be considered.

Immigration Programs You Should Be Familiar With

Canada Permanent Residency (Express Entry, PNP, etc.)

Australia Permanent Residency

Europe Work Permit Applications

Student Visa Applications

Visit/Tourist Visa Applications

Family Sponsorship (preferred)

LMIA-based Work Permits (preferred)

Open Work Permits

Spouse Open Work Permits

Temporary Resident Visas

Other immigration pathways

Key Responsibilities

Handle complete immigration case management from client onboarding to visa application submission.

Review client profiles and verify eligibility documents.

Prepare and organize all required immigration documentation.

Ensure applications are complete, accurate, and compliant with immigration requirements.

Draft and review SOPs, Cover Letters, Explanation Letters, Employment Letters, and supporting documentation where required.

Upload applications through official immigration portals.

Coordinate with clients for pending documents and maintain regular follow-ups.

Maintain proper documentation and digital case records.

Track application progress and provide timely updates to clients.

Coordinate with consultants, sales teams, and management for smooth case processing.

Ensure all files are processed within deadlines.

Maintain complete confidentiality of client information.

Stay updated with the latest immigration rules, visa policies, and documentation requirements.

Required Skills

Excellent knowledge of immigration documentation and visa filing.

Strong understanding of Canada PR documentation and Express Entry process.

Good knowledge of Australia PR documentation.

Experience with Europe Work Permit documentation.

Knowledge of Student Visa and Visit Visa filing procedures.

Ability to identify missing documents and resolve documentation issues.

Strong attention to detail with high accuracy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.

Preferred Knowledge

Candidates with experience handling documentation for the following will be preferred:

IRCC Canada applications

Australia Skilled Migration

Europe Work Permit applications

UK Work Permit documentation

Student Visa documentation

Visitor Visa documentation

PCC, Medicals, ECA, IELTS/PTE documentation

Visa refusal analysis and re-filing
