Job Summary
The Business Development Associate is responsible for promoting the hospital's services, generating patient referrals, and developing strategic relationships with healthcare professionals, corporates, educational institutions, NGOs, and community organisations. The role requires regular field visits to increase brand awareness, the referral network, and achieve business development targets.
Qualification
MBA in Marketing (Freshers can apply).
MBA in Healthcare Management is an added advantage.
Candidates with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
Experience
Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Field Marketing, Hospital Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sales, Healthcare Marketing, or Corporate Sales may apply.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Promote the hospital's psychiatric, psychological, rehabilitation, and wellness services.
Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centres, NGOs, corporates, schools, colleges, and community organisations.
Generate patient referrals through networking and outreach activities.
Conduct regular field visits to the hospital's referral network.
Field Marketing
Visit hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, general practitioners, paediatricians, neurologists, physicians, schools, colleges, rehabilitation centres, and corporate offices.
Meet doctors and healthcare professionals to introduce the hospital's services.
Organise awareness programmes, mental health camps, corporate wellness sessions, seminars, and community outreach events.
Distribute hospital brochures, promotional materials, and educational resources.
Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and public awareness campaigns.
Relationship Management
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with referral partners.
Conduct regular follow-ups with healthcare professionals and corporate clients.
Ensure excellent customer service and timely response to enquiries.
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitors and identify new business opportunities.
Collect market feedback and provide recommendations to management.
Identify potential referral sources and partnership opportunities.
Reporting & Documentation
Submit Daily Visit Reports (DVRs) and field activity reports.
Maintain records of meetings, referrals, follow-ups, and business opportunities.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Track achievement of referral and business targets.
Coordination
Coordinate with psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, nursing, operations, and administration to ensure seamless patient onboarding and referral management.
Support the marketing team during promotional campaigns and events.
Skills Required
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Good negotiation and networking skills.
Confidence in meeting doctors, healthcare professionals, and corporate clients.
Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel extensively for field marketing activities.
