Qualification and Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Proven experience as an Email Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the corporate industry. (3-4 years)
Proficiency in email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills for email communication.
-Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative email strategies.
Job Responsibilities :
Email Campaign Strategy.
Develop and execute effective email marketing strategies, including seminar, webinar planning, content creation, audience segmentation.
Develop and execute effective email marketing strategies, including campaign planning, content creation, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
To find new possibilities and stay updated with market trends, conduct extensive market research and competitive analysis.
Track, analyze and report metrics of email campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Ensure that email creative is visually compelling and on-brand, with appropriate communication.
Upgrade existing email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features.
