Job Description – Store Manager / Store Incharge
Position: Store Manager / Store Incharge Location: Devpuri, Raipur Salary: Hike on current salary (based on experience)
Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations efficiently.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control.
Handle material inward and outward processes with proper documentation.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Maintain proper storage, organization, and housekeeping of the warehouse.
Prepare and maintain reports related to inventory, dispatches, and stock movements.
Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and operations teams for smooth material flow.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Requirements
Experience in warehouse/store management or inventory operations.
Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control practices.
Experience in handling material inward/outward and related documentation.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Knowledge of ERP software or Tally will be an added advantage.
Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage daily store activities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
