Project Coordinator

Job Summary

Renq Power Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a technically proficient Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of solar EPC projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple project activities while ensuring timely completion and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor the execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar EPC projects.

Support project planning, scheduling, execution, and timely completion of assigned projects.

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, design, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

Track project progress, monitor milestones, and ensure adherence to project timelines.

Review engineering drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and project documentation.

Coordinate material dispatches, deliveries, and site requirements.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports and MIS.

Follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve project-related issues.

Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Attend project review meetings and maintain project documentation and records.

Support project handover, documentation, and client coordination.

Requirements

B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline (Mandatory).

2–3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the solar EPC or renewable energy industry.

Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems and EPC project execution.

Ability to understand engineering drawings, SLDs, BOQs, and technical specifications.

Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of MS Project or similar project management software is an added advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.

Knowledge of project scheduling, procurement coordination, and site execution.

Experience in coordinating with clients, DISCOMs, vendors, and subcontractors.

Understanding of electrical systems, safety standards, and statutory requirements related to solar projects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
