About the Role
Redporch Nest Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead and manage projects from planning to successful completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure project objectives are achieved within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports to management.
Manage project documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements.
Resolve project issues and maintain effective communication among all stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management,Diploma /ITI In Civil Engineering.
5–8 years of proven experience as a Project Manager.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, or other project management software.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
