About the role
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Head – Interior Design to lead and manage commercial interior fit-out projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee multiple interior fit-out projects simultaneously.
Plan, execute, and monitor projects from design approval to final handover.
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
Review drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and project schedules.
Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
Supervise site engineers, project coordinators, and execution teams.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Resolve technical and execution-related issues promptly.
Monitor procurement, material deliveries, and subcontractor performance.
Prepare project progress reports and participate in client review meetings.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and project specifications.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in interior fit-out project execution, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of commercial and retail interior projects.
Ability to interpret construction drawings and BOQs.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, MS Office, and project management tools.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Preferred Skills
Experience in retail showroom, office, hospitality, or commercial interior projects.
Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent planning, budgeting, and team management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
