Job Summary

Broadway Mall is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction, fit-out, renovation, and maintenance projects. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities from initiation to completion.

Supervise civil, interior, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), HVAC, and fit-out works.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.

Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

Ensure project execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve technical issues.

Manage contractor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Monitor material procurement and coordinate with the purchase team for timely availability.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.

Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive measures.

Maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, work orders, and handover records.

Provide regular project status updates to management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

PMP or other project management certification is an added advantage.

Experience

7 - 10 years of experience in project management.

Experience in shopping malls, commercial buildings, multiplexes, hotels, or retail fit-out projects is preferred.

Required Skills

Strong project planning and coordination skills.

Knowledge of civil, interior, MEP, and HVAC systems.

Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, and project management tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong vendor and contractor management skills.

Reports To: General Manager – Projects / Head of Engineering

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
