About the role
A Project Coordinator supports project managers by organizing workflows, tracking timelines, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring cross-functional teams meet deadlines and budgets. They serve as the central point of contact, handling day-to-day logistics and documentation to keep projects on track.
Project Planning & Tracking: Assist in defining project scope, monitoring daily progress, and updating project schedules or Gantt charts.
Communication & Coordination: Organize stakeholder meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and facilitate information flow between managers and teams.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documents, including RAID logs, budgets, contracts, and weekly status reports.
Resource Management: Help allocate resources, schedule team tasks, and coordinate with third-party vendors or suppliers.
Quality & Risk Mitigation: Ensure deliverables meet business standards, identify potential roadblocks, and escalate issues.
Essential Skills
Organization & Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple project phases and priorities simultaneously.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Problem-Solving: Capability to address day-to-day technical or logistical hurdles with measured solutions.
Software Proficiency: Strong familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of proven experience in project coordination, administrative support, or a related operational role.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
