Job Title: Merchandiser cum Designer - Menswear

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Merchandiser cum Designer with experience in men//'s ethnic and casual wear. The candidate will be responsible for designing new styles, developing samples, selecting fabrics and trims, coordinating with production, and ensuring each garment is completed on time with the required quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Design new collections of men//'s kurtas, Nehru jackets, short kurtas, and shirts. Develop samples based on market trends and customer requirements. Select fabrics, trims, and accessories for new styles. Coordinate with vendors and production teams for sample and bulk production. Follow up on each style from sampling to final finishing. Ensure product quality and timely completion of orders. Maintain style records and coordinate with different departments. Use basic MS Excel and computer applications for daily work. Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in Menswear Design, Merchandising, or Product Development. Good knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, sampling, and production processes. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple styles simultaneously.
