Job Summary
Aivida is seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability principles. You will collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to create seamless web and mobile application experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research, analyse user behaviour, and translate insights into effective design solutions.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Maintain and enhance the company's design system and UI components.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Conduct usability testing and continuously improve the user experience.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to design strategy.
Requirements
3–6 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
Experience with prototyping tools and design systems.
Strong understanding of user-centred design principles.
Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is an advantage.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience designing healthcare or SaaS applications is a plus.
Knowledge of interaction design, micro-interactions, and usability testing.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
